Rates:

• Weekend rates: 2 days: 700€ / 3 days: 750€ / 4 days: 800€ / 5 jours: 850€
• Weekly rates:

             - High season: July and August: 1800€

             - Middle season: September, school holidays and April to end of June: 1200€
             - Low season: other periods: 900€

• Tourism Tax: 1,10€ per night per person above 18 years old

Reservation:

• Reservation with a down payment (25% of the price (w/o tax) of the rental)
  Full payment to be made a minimum of 2 months before the rental start date (total price-minus down payment paid)
• Security deposit: 1200€ in cash, required upon arrival
• French vacation vouchers accepted

Location:

• Minimum stay: 2 days except in high season: 7 day minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday
• Weekly rental: check in from 17:00, check out before 10:00
• Week-end: check in beginning from 17:00 and check out until 19:00
• The possibility to reserve additional nights depending on availability: ask the owner
• Long-term rental possible depending upon availability during low and middle season. See owner for more information
